The last twelve months has been a record year for us here at Twentyone. We’ve tackled some exciting projects and seen some brilliant results from our campaigns, which have been painstakingly crafted to achieve each client’s specific commercial objectives. Alongside this we’re benefitting from an ever-growing portfolio of new clients, and as a result we’re pleased to welcome Annmarie Whatmough as the latest expert to join the Twentyone team.
Annmarie joins us from a solid background in marketing and business development, and brings some great new skills to our Blackburn studio as she takes on a multi-disciplined role within the agency. She’s honed these digital marketing skills over the course of a 15 year career, having already worked at other leading agencies in the past. This means that as well as her considerable experience in event management and email marketing, she also has an outstanding track record for delivering bespoke social media campaigns, web design and web development projects for clients across a number of industries.
As an Account Manager here at Twentyone, Annmarie is now liaising directly with our clients, acting as the primary point of contact. Her sharp marketing insight and keen business acumen means that she’s adept at turning each client’s aims into a clear set of specific commercial objectives, and once the brief has been agreed, she then personally oversees each project as she co-ordinates with Twentyone’s in-house creative and digital marketing teams, ensuring that every one of these aims are met through bespoke, creative marketing campaigns.
In addition to her broad-ranging and impressive experience, Annmarie has a clear passion for digital marketing that was evident to me and the team right from the get-go. About her new position, she said: “This is a very exciting time to be joining Twentyone, as it celebrates another record year. The agency’s growth comes from helping clients grow!”
In the past twelve months, our increased digital service offering has meant that we’ve been able to achieve a 27% increase in turnover. We now have more to offer our clients than ever in terms of our design, coding and marketing resource, earning us a raft of recent new account wins. What’s more, even more of our clients are utilising our core digital marketing services of Search Marketing (SEO) and social media management.
