Health Service Discounts tasked Twentyone to craft their Lottery and Good Causes branding and design the identity for a new consumer facing website.
Health Service Discounts offer numerous ways of saving money on shopping, holidays and financial services to their one million members. Whether members need to take out new insurance, book travel, change their utilities or purchase fashion goods and day-to-day basics, they’ll be able to find a whole range of exclusive deals online.
Having spoken to Health Service Discounts in detail about their needs, it became apparent that they wanted to engage with customers in a more exciting way when it came to their Lottery, which also donates funds to charities and good causes.
An initial branding consultation kicked off the process with a close look at the company’s brand design, defined by market research and ideas generation. We used the results of this initial focus group session to create a fun, vibrant feel to the new Health Service Discounts Lottery & Good Causes brands. With the brands in place, we could start creating an identity for the new website – and we were really in our element!
Describing the lottery website and brand, Sam Fletcher, Marketing Director at Twentyone said:
