New Website & CRM Integration For Outdoor Living Brand

Twentyone has an excellent longstanding relationship with SMUK Solutions. Located in Blackburn, Lancashire, SMUK is a leading supplier of glass balustrades and composite decking products. Recently, SMUK tasked Twentyone with creating a dedicated lead generation website for its composite decking brand, Elite Outdoor Living.

Twentyone Expands Digital Presence Of SMUK Solutions

The fully optimised new website went live at the start of 2018, presenting SMUK’s composite decking products as part of an aspirational, exclusive lifestyle. It’s also designed to demonstrate SMUK’s technical expertise in its field, with clearly detailed product information that’s easily accessible for both private and commercial customers.

The site is hand-coded in Bootstrap to be fully responsive, ensuring a flawless user experience, and the website architecture integrates a range of software for data capture – including Zoho CRM, a Live Chat Facility and WordPress for front-end content management. This ensures that all leads are captured and directly passed on to the client’s business development team.

Following the launch of the new site, SMUK Solutions has now appointed Twentyone to manage its SEO search engine visibility and content strategy across both divisions of its business, with the ultimate focus on making it the number one supplier of balustrade and composite decking systems in the North West.
