Putting the customer first – new web design for Brent Stevenson Memorials

At Twentyone we know just how important good design and usability is when it comes to websites. Whatever product or service you may be promoting or offering, a good impression starts with the online experience and your website. So, when we were approached by Brent Stevenson Memorials, who serve customers across Lancashire, we knew that a simple, user-friendly website, embodying the company’s values, was just as important as with any of our retail or technology-based clients.

Having scoped out the company’s needs it was clear that their current website needed to be completely re-designed in order to drive online enquiries. It was also important to integrate a new, user-friendly content management system with WordPress. This would ensure that customers could easily navigate the website using a wide range of technologies – from their phone to their desktop computer. Instead of having to look hard for the products and services they were hoping to find, key information would be displayed clearly throughout the website’s design and popular memorials would also be displayed on the home page for ease of use.

Replacing the old with the new

The old website was very much product focused, but Brent Stevenson Memorials were also keen to articulate their rich heritage, commitment to excellent customer service and unrivalled expertise. We infused all these elements together in the new web design, clearly communicating the company’s point of difference. As always, we also ensured the technical side of the website was up-to-date, with a design that was suitable for all devices and speedy to navigate – a huge factor in customer satisfaction.
