Established by professional chef Audrey Spencer, Valley Living is a boutique retailer selling stylish dining accessories and gifts, located in the heart of the Ribble Valley. With her business expanding rapidly, Audrey brought Twentyone on board to bring her stylish collections to a national audience through the design and launch of a fully responsive ecommerce site, supported by a bespoke social media campaign.
Audrey says: “I’ve personally handpicked everything in our collections, both in the shop and online: a beautiful selection of homeware accessories and gifts from a range of skilled designers, artisans and craftspeople.”

With an all-under-one roof service offering, Twentyone designed and developed the new site e-commerce site from the ground up, as well as crafting content and delivering a lifestyle studio photography shoot.
To support the website launch, Twentyone created a social media strategy which used recipes as a vehicle to present Valley Living’s beautiful collections.
