CoolKit is a leading UK manufacturer of refrigerated commercial vehicles. To support their growth plans Twentyone was tasked with creating and delivering a new online presence, and driving sales leads to the company’s business development team.
Using our unique approach of “Define, Design, Refine”, we began by carrying out a comprehensive audit of CoolKit’s website, user experience and competitor analysis – using these details as reference points for our developing strategy.
With initial research complete, we scamped out our vision for the development of the new website. Our focus was primarily on the key benefits of the refrigerated vehicles themselves, but we knew it was also crucial to emphasise CoolKit’s unique service offering. Their versatile, bespoke designs were amongst their top USPs, as well as the considerable expertise of their engineers.
Meanwhile, we implemented an organic search marketing (SEO) campaign that successfully boosted CoolKit’s ranking in Google’s search page results. We ran our PPC campaign in tandem with this, targeting advertisements at potential customers searching for refrigerated vans and fridge vans, as well as variations on these and other similar terms.
In just the first few months following the start of our partnership with CoolKit, we’ve already produced significant results with regards to the site’s online visibility. Organic traffic to the website (people who’ve found it through unpaid Google search results) has increased by almost 40%, while website conversions (visitors who follow through with desirable actions) are up by over 50%.
