As with all our clients, our approach with Melt has always been results driven. Over the years, we’ve designed three websites for the company. For this brand we identified a need to improve the user experience (UX) while increasing brand visibility and reach, so each website we’ve built for them has been created with these objectives as our guiding principles.
Our latest responsive ecommerce website features a content rich WordPress blog, helping potential customers connect with the fascinating ‘World of Melt’. As a smaller company, Melt aims to connect deeply with their customers on a personal – and to some extent emotional – level, so the human element of their business is crucial to the success of their brand. To support the launch of the site, Twentyone also conducted a beauty blogger outreach campaign that put Melt in front of key influencers, and we made sure that that site was fully optimised for search before it went live.
